Who we are looking for
Our team in Nelson is searching for a Senior Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate (4-10 years PQE) to join a well-established commercial team. Your experience will be in corporate and commercial law including areas such as mergers & acquisitions, securities transactions and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Working alongside the commercial partners on a wide variety of interesting matters, you will have the opportunity to:
- work closely and collaborate with more than one partner, each of whom has an accessible, open-door policy
- work with local, national and international clients – including SMEs, industry leading businesses and infrastructure businesses
- manage high quality work and enjoy significant client contact
