As a full service law firm, we occupy a unique position in the legal market, delivering quality legal advice and exceptional value to our clients who include leading private and public sector organisations and high net worth individuals.
You’ll be a professional candidate with a commitment to excellent customer/client service. You’ll be a key part of our Queenstown office managing the arrival and greeting of clients, answering phone calls and being the key point of office management support to the wider office.
We’re looking for a well presented, enthusiastic individual, where going above and beyond is the norm. You’ll be proficient at typing with experience using the MS Office suite and have a passion for providing first class customer service, ideally gained within a corporate or professional environment. Alternatively you may have excellent service experience in hospitality/venue management and now looking to take a step up into a more corporate environment.
You’ll need your fair share of energy, it’s a busy place and you’ll require presence of mind, skills, flexibility and a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to get in and respond to situations as they arise. You’ll be a team player with proven organisational skills and pride yourself on your professional approach and be able to demonstrate your initiative.
