Become an integral part of our friendly Auckland office!

We are currently looking for an Office Administration Assistant to join our Auckland team. This is a 6 month fixed  term position working alongside our office support team, legal secretaries and authors providing general administrative support.

We have a dedicated and supportive team who are looking for someone with plenty of initiative that can hit the ground running!

About you:

  • You’ll be well presented and have a can-do attitude with great organisational abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders
  • Someone who can multi-task and handle changing priorities at short notice

Ideally, you’ll have prior experience within a corporate or professional environment. Alternatively, you may have excellent customer service experience and are now looking to take a step up into a more corporate environment.
