Legal Secretary – Litigation Team
We have an excellent opportunity for an legal secretary to join our successful Auckland Litigation team. This role will provide key secretarial support and assistance within a large and busy litigation team, assisting with a range of general administrative tasks such as:
- drafting Court documents
- preparing reports and opinions
- typing and editing of correspondence
- electronic document and file management
- monthly billing
- assisting clients
Previous experience as a legal secretary is essential, and exposure to Court procedures is preferable.
Your attention to detail and ability to provide an excellent level of service is what you are renowned for. You will take ownership of tasks, be unflappable with a high level of organisation along with being proficient in learning new systems. We are seeking candidates with a positive “can do attitude” and excellent communication skills who will use initiative and contribute to the success of the team.
