We have an excellent opportunity for a legal secretary to join our successful and busy Auckland Litigation team. This role will provide key secretarial support and assistance within a busy Litigation team, assisting with a range of general administrative tasks such as:
• scanning, printing and bundles as required
• monthly billing
• AML related tasks for new and existing clients
• diary management
• file management
• client management
• preparing letters, agreements and documents
• assisting clients.
Previous experience as a legal secretary with litigation exposure is ideal. Alternatively, you may have excellent personal administration experience in a professional and corporate environment.
Your attention to detail and ability to provide an excellent level of service is what you are renowned for. You will take ownership of tasks, be unflappable with a high level of organisation along with being proficient in learning new systems and confident to learn and manage the team’s processes. We are seeking candidates with a positive “can do” attitude, you’ll show initiative and have excellent communication skills.
