Our Auckland Employment team is seeking a talented Associate/Senior Associate to join us on our journey. This fantastic opportunity will provide you with a wide range of exposure to exciting work with plenty of development opportunities.
You will have sound technical knowledge and experience in the employment law field, combined with excellent commercial awareness and aptitude. Taking pride in your work and having a strong eye for detail, you will bring the presence of mind, skills, agility and attitude to respond to the varied and interesting instructions, as they arise.
The role will be a stimulating and rewarding one, engaging with a broad range of both international and national clients, across multiple sectors. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, with mentoring and guidance, as needed, from the three partners in the team and two Senior Associates. The work in this team is diverse and challenging, spanning the full spectrum of employment law, including health and safety, human rights, immigration and disputes. This is a strong, collegial team with a great culture and a flat structure.
